Whats the role
Youll be at the heart of our property finance team managing and growing a portfolio of medium to large property connections. With an average debt size of $10M - $40M youll focus on both property investment and development.
Your mission Win new customers and act as a trusted advisor to drive sustainable business growth. This full-time role is based in Barangaroo with flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle.
What do I need
- A knack for building and maintaining strong relationships
- Confidence in structuring construction and investment transactions
- A solid background in commercial lending including cashflow lending and credit analysis
- Proven success in business development and acquiring new customers
- A well-established network of referral sources
