Whats the role
The Director will be responsible for owning the month-end flash reporting and business performance reporting for Retail Banking covering balance sheet expenses productivity and channel insights. Oversee consolidation of inputs from Physical Distribution and O&E Finance. Collaborate across Consumer Business Performance Line of Business Finance ESP and Group Finance to deliver impactful outcomes. Drive change through Finance Communities of Practice. Work closely with the Director of Expense Management to deliver reporting and forecasting while supporting ESPs transition to offshore teams and broader transformation initiatives. This role is key to embedding financial excellence and enabling strategic decision-making across the Consumer Division.
What do I need
- 15 years banking or financial services experience chartered or CPA qualified with a solid technical financial background
- At least 10 years in business partnering experience in a revenue generating division supporting senior stakeholders through change and transformation
- Extensive experience within retail banking
- Experience in leading a high performing team through ambiguity and change
- Strong modelling abilities and proven experience in delivering complex models
- Takes accountability and champions required courses of action
