The opportunity

Our ever-growing water division is seeking an experienced administrator to join us in the role of Senior Administrator to support the Southeast QLD team across multiple programs within the region. In this Brisbane based full-time 12-month fixed term opportunity you will provide daily support in ensuring office operations and procedures are running smoothly.

This role has a requirement to work from our Teneriffe office location Mon-Fri however free onsite parking is available.

What youll do

  • Support the operations team with fleet onboarding and facility requirements.
  • Oversee office layout cleanliness and safety compliance.
  • General administrative tasks including preparation of documents ordering office supplies arranging staff access and equipment.
  • Liaise with key internal and external stakeholders to organise a range of affairs such as meetings flights/accommodation services catering etc.

What were looking for

  • 3 years of general administration/reception experience in a medium sized commercial or project-based organisation.
  • Proven experience working in a fast paced and changing environment.
  • A reliable trustworthy and independent individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Someone who is able and willing to work in the office full-time due to the nature of this role.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
