Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Account assignment and recording of incoming invoices cash statements and bank account statements
- Posting and monitoring of business transactions in general ledger and subledger accounting
- Checking incoming payments and carrying out dunning procedures
- Responsibility for accounts payable and accounts receivable management
- Assistance in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
- Management of open item lists and preparation of advance VAT returns
- Assumption of invoice verification and master data maintenance
- Preparation of monthly quarterly and annual reports and statements
- Preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial statements and reports. annual returns and reports
Requests:
- Completed commercial or tax law training or a comparable qualification with a focus on accounting
- Professional experience in financial accounting
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office and common financial accounting software
- Sound knowledge of accounts payable accounts receivable and general ledger accounting as well as accounting
- An independent reliable and structured way of working
- A confident manner of expression in English written and spoken
- Knowledge of English would be a plus
