Job Description
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in English written and spoken;
- German language is not mandatory but its nice to have it;
- Excellent communication presentation and organizational skills;
- Advanced knowledge in freight forwarding ideally in the Air & Sea sector;
- Technical proficiency of PC platforms (Windows 710 or newer Microsoft Office Suite);
- Several years of experience in technical support ideally within logistics transportation or freight departments.
Responsibilities:
- Provides daily functional support for Air & Ocean TMS acting as a link between operational teams internal IT and service providers;
- Advises colleagues on technical and process-related aspects collaborates with IT and logistics teams and helps align understanding of IT methods and processes;
- Maintains and updates technical documentation ensures effective communication with partners and manages own workload and deadlines;
- Collaborates with IT teams logistics teams and operations management.
