Job Description

We have manufacturing domain client based in Indianapolis IN with immediate Workstation Analyst - IT Manufacturing Infrastructure position opening. This is an onsite role and will require in-person interview.

The project duration will initially be for a 6 month period and the rate cap for this role falls at $25-27/hour rate range. Heres the details:

Workstation Analyst - IT Manufacturing Infrastructure

Location: Indianapolis IN

Duration: 6 months

Role: Provide support for Manufacturing & Quality process and building automation equipment installation end user support and special project custom applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical requirements analysis of workstation infrastructure design
  • Coordinate with vendors regarding requirements operating system requirements additional hardware requirements and costs
  • Install & configure workstation hardware software and additional hardware/software
  • Provide qualified infrastructure platforms
  • Train end users on the operations of new equipment workstation software networking etc
  • Troubleshooting problems on platforms including specifically Citrix RealVNC VDI Linux iGel technology WinXP/7/10 /11 OS & workstation hardware as well as Telecom
  • Consultant for questions regarding infrastructure compatibility backup and configuration issues
  • Perform application and operating system upgrades for lab and automation systems
  • Providing supporting documentation for validation and testing of upgrades
  • Assist with validation of new and existing systems by providing technical design information to assure GMP data integrity

Qualifications:

  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent Information Technology (IT) experience.
  • At least one year of technical support experience
  • GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) knowledge and training
  • Strong problem identification and resolution skills
  • Experience working in Parenteral manufacturing
  • Teamwork/Interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of Manufacturing safety & quality
  • Demonstrate problem-solving service skills with a team focus
  • Strong follow-through and communication skills with customers
  • Ability to multi-task juggle short deadlines and manage priorities
