Job Description
- Lead infrastructure solution design during presales including requirements analysis estimations and high-level architecture
- Provide technical supervision and architectural oversight during project initiation and delivery
- Act as a mentor and coach for en-gineering teams fostering professional growth and driving knowledge sharing
- Conduct infrastructure audits identify optimization opportunities and establish best practices across the company
- Participate in high-level technical interviews to ensure the recruitment of top-tier engineering talent
Qualifications :
- 7 years of experience in DevOps/Infrastructure Engineering including at least 3 years in Architecture or Technical Lead roles
- Proven track record in presales or technical consulting for enterprise-level clients
- Successful delivery of infrastructure solutions from design to production in large-scale environments
- Experience conducting infrastructure audits and implementing improvements
- Demonstrated history of mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction
- Strategic thinking and the ability to connect business objectives with technical solutions
- Excellent presentation skills for both technical and executive audiences
- Expert-level experience with AWS Azure and/or GCP
- Knowledge of Terraform AWS CloudFormation Azure Bicep or similar tools
- Experience with Jenkins GitLab CI/CD GitHub Actions Argo CD or similar
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS AKS GKE) and Docker
- Knowledge of Prometheus Grafana ELK/EFK and OpenSearch
- Knowledge of cloud security best practices identity and access management compliance frameworks (ISO 27001 SOC 2 GDPR)
- Experience with VPC design VPNs load balancing DNS and CDN
- Knowledge of RDS NoSQL object storage solutions and backup strategies
- Experience with integrating cloud with on-premises environments
- Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken)
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced multi-project environment
