Job Description
We are looking for a skilled System Administrator IT Services to join our internal IT team focusing on the operations configuration and optimization of Commodity IT productsespecially Atlassian software (Jira Confluence) and cloud-based solutions. Your mission will be to ensure seamless usage system integrity and maximum availability for users while implementing best practices and providing technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and optimize Atlassian tools (Jira Confluence) in both on-prem and cloud environments.
- Manage system configurations integrations and performance monitoring.
- Support users with technical issues and ensure high system availability.
- Automate tasks and processes using scripting languages.
- Lead or support migration projects from on-prem to SaaS (preferably AWS).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement improvements.
Qualifications :
- 12 years of experience with various Linux distributions.
- Strong expertise in installing configuring and managing Atlassian software.
- Good understanding of API management and integrations.
- Proficiency in scripting languages for Atlassian (Groovy or JavaScript).
- Excellent system scripting skills (Python Bash preferred).
- Experience with cloud migration projects (on-prem to SaaS) ideally AWS.
Nice to Have
- Analytical mindset and experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to analyze monitoring and performance data to identify issues and optimization opportunities.
- ITIL4 Foundation certification (or equivalent).
