Benchmark Therapies Inc. is currently seeking a Physical Therapist for full time hours at the Albright LIFE Center in Lancaster PA. The Albright LIFE Center is part of a unique team-based healthcare network dedicated to supporting adults aged 55 and older throughout the Lancaster area. What is LIFELIFE (Living Independence for the Elderly) provides a comprehensive approach to care. It covers all Medicare- and Medicaid-approved services as well as additional services determined necessary by the LIFE interdisciplinary care team. Each Albright LIFE location is a dedicated care center where loved ones receive exceptional support designed to help them stay healthy and live safely at home. Participants are transported by trained professionals to the centers where a compassionate team of therapists and clinicians is ready to assess individual needs and foster meaningful social engagement all within a warm welcoming and uplifting environment. As an alternative to nursing homes or traditional home health services Albright LIFE Centers offer far more than standard adult day care. Through a collaborative person-centered approach they work to enhance the overall quality of life for seniors. Who Qualifies for LIFE Be 55 years of age or older Live within the service area of a LIFE provider Require a nursing home level of care Be able to live safely in the community with support from LIFE Position Details: Full-Time: 30 to 40 hours/week Setting: Albright LIFE Center Requirements for Applicants: Active PA Physical Therapy License in good standing Current TB test COVID-19 vaccination or valid exemption Current CPR certification Responsibilities: Provide effective and personalized therapy services Accurately document patient responses and treatment outcomes Build meaningful relationships to keep patients engaged and motivated Maintain a kind courteous approach with patients and facility staff Foster a team-oriented collaborative work environment
