About the Opportunity:
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate production operations on a shift basis to meet demand and efficiency targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality safety and food manufacturing standards (HACCP GMP).
- Monitor production processes and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Ensure timely and accurate production confirmation data entry into SAP while identifying and investigate inconsistencies.
- Coordinate and motivate the production team providing guidance coaching and feedback.
- Assist in implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Be a role model for working safely and promoting a safe working environment.
About You:
- Degree or equivalent certification/experience in Engineering Dairy Technology Food Science or related field
- Leadership skills and ability to drive results
- Strong organisation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. SAP knowledge is highly desirable
