We are hiring one of the leading private bank.
Job Title: Relationship Manager Group Loans (SLI)
Department: Sustainable Livelihood Initiative (SLI) / Group Lending
Location: Kolkata
Job Purpose:
To acquire manage and service Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and Joint Liability Groups (JLGs) under the
Group Loan (SLI) model by driving credit outreach maintaining portfolio quality and building strong rural
customer relationships.

Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Social work Rural Dev. preferred)
1 4 years in microfinance/group lending preferred
Willingness to travel extensively within rural areas
Local residency/language fluency preferred
