Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for monitoring feed stock levels & maintaining stocks at the correct level at all times.

Responsible for warehouse stocks & ensures received goods are stocked as per SOPs.

Responsible for dispatching goods from the warehouse and makes sure all required documentation is produced and all Company SOP s and procedures are adhered to.

Responsible for organizing transportation of goods to be delivered to customers in the most efficient and cost-effective way while adhering to all relevant Company SOP s and Processes.

Complies to all relevant company SOPs & policies statutory legislations and expected company behaviors at all times and implements corrective action when required

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

Diploma in Business Administration is required

Bachelor s degree in business administration/Sales/Accounting is Preferred

2 years experience

Computer literate

Strong communication skills

Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

Excellent interpersonal skills
