Key Roles & Responsibilities (Director / Vice President):
Define and execute departmental vision and recruitment strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations including workforce planning delivery and client satisfaction.
Lead large teams (8 25 members including AVPs and Directors) fostering a high-performance goal-oriented culture.
Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies tailored for niche volume and leadership hiring.
Leverage AI/ML-powered recruitment platforms ATS systems and automation tools to enhance hiring quality and speed.
Establish and track KPIs dashboards and performance metrics to optimize operational efficiency and talent outcomes.
Own client relationships and delivery excellence ensuring quality compliance and continuous business growth.
Lead digital transformation in recruitment practices and support strategic growth initiatives across business units.
Drive leadership development succession planning and upskilling programs across the department.
Ensure strong candidate experience employer branding and stakeholder engagement throughout the hiring lifecycle.
