Job Description
We are seeking an Independent Chair for Safeguarding and Quality Assurance to join our team in the Social/NGO/Health & Care industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading conferences ensuring the highest quality standards and overseeing the safeguarding of children within our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Chairing conferences and meetings related to safeguarding and quality assurance.
- Ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety for children and vulnerable individuals.
- Overseeing and implementing safeguarding policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with internal teams to promote a culture of safeguarding and quality excellence.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven experience in chairing conferences and meetings.
- In-depth understanding of safeguarding principles and practices.
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards.
- Ability to work effectively with children and vulnerable individuals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in safeguarding and quality assurance would be advantageous.
Requirements: Proven experience in quality assurance and reviewing services for children and young people Strong understanding of statutory and regulatory safeguarding requirements Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Commitment to championing the rights and well-being of children and young people
