Position Summary
The Managing Director Egypt is responsible for the strategic leadership business development and operational performance of all SaaS sales and client engagement activities across Egypt. As the primary representative of Great Place to Work Middle East in the country this leader plays a critical role in expanding market share enhancing brand presence and driving impact aligned with GPTW s social mission: creating great workplaces For All .
This position requires a forward-thinking metrics-driven and inspirational leader with a proven track record in SaaS sales leadership client success and cross-functional collaboration. The role oversees a local team works closely with regional teams and ensures excellence in performance client satisfaction and cultural alignment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Strategy
Serve as part of the Middle East leadership team contributing to cross-market strategic initiatives and regional priorities.
Lead the planning development and execution of Egypt s annual SaaS sales strategy ensuring alignment with revenue and impact goals.
Represent Egypt in regional forecasting budgeting and reporting meetings providing clear visibility on market trends and performance.
Foster a values-driven high-performance culture that models GPTW s commitment to trust innovation and inclusion.
Sales Management
Own Egypt s SaaS sales pipeline from lead generation to closure using Zoho CRM for accurate tracking forecasting and reporting.
Set ambitious but achievable sales targets and develop incentive programs that drive motivation and accountability.
Oversee proposal development pricing strategies and contract negotiations in alignment with GPTW policies and client needs.
Leverage data and market insights to optimize sales tactics reduce churn and increase client lifetime value.
Client Engagement & Retention
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure seamless onboarding engagement renewal and upselling processes.
Serve as a senior advisor to key clients helping them align GPTW solutions to business outcomes and workplace transformation goals.
Actively promote GPTW s suite of products and services (Certification Culture Audit Advisory Services Employer Branding).
Team Leadership
Recruit train and lead a high-performing local team in Egypt including sales client engagement and operations personnel.
Conduct regular coaching sessions performance reviews and best practice sharing forums.
Create a culture of continuous learning curiosity and agility that aligns with GPTW s Lean Startup approach.
Encourage ownership integrity and collaboration across all levels of the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with Marketing and Customer Success teams in the Middle East to align messaging campaigns and customer journeys.
Work with Product and Tech teams to localize offerings resolve issues and ensure delivery alignment with client expectations.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership event participation and national speaking engagements to strengthen GPTW s market presence.

Annual and quarterly sales target attainment
Client retention rate and Net Promoter Score (NPS)
Team engagement and individual performance KPIs
New business pipeline health and forecasting accuracy
Successful collaboration across Marketing Delivery and CS
Candidate Profile & Skills
Must-Have Experience
10 years in B2B SaaS sales or HR consulting services with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or market expansion role.
Proven success scaling a sales operation in an emerging or growth market.
Demonstrated ability to build high-trust relationships with C-level executives and diverse stakeholders.
Track record of delivering against aggressive growth targets (30 40% YoY).
Experience using Zoho One CRM (or equivalent platforms) to drive sales operations and reporting.

Fluent in English; Arabic language proficiency is a strong advantage.
Additional Information
Hybrid role based in Egypt with occasional regional travel (up to 25%) for events client meetings and team engagement.
