We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Miami FL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our customer base and supporting our long-term growth strategy.
Responsibilities
Identify potential clients and business opportunities through market research and outreach
Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients
Conduct product and service presentations to demonstrate value and build interest
Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams to align outreach efforts with business goals
Maintain accurate records of leads activities and follow-ups in the CRM system
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
Stay up to date on industry trends competitors and market conditions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred)
1 years of experience in sales business development or a similar client-facing role
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce HubSpot)
