Key Responsibilities:
We are on the lookout for a seasoned Operational Automation Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a rich blend of skills and experience in both manual and automated testing with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience. This role demands someone who thrives in a fast-paced production-oriented setting and can seamlessly support daily test operations including environment health checks and BAU executions.
Experience in the payments domain is a must particularly with payment networks such as Mastercard Discover or Visa. A thorough understanding of end-to-end payment processing workflows is essential to excel in this role. Additionally familiarity with AI-driven testing initiatives will be beneficial.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications :
Basic Qualifications
-Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing including both manual and
automation testing.
-Strong experience with test automation tools such as Selenium TestComplete
Postman or similar.
-Proficient in one or more scripting languages: Java Python JavaScript etc.
-Hands-on experience with REST API testing and payload encryption/decryption.
-Understanding of the payments domain preferably with exposure to networks
like Mastercard Visa or Discover.
-Solid understanding of how payment processing works including transaction
lifecycles settlement and authorization flows.
-Exposure to AI-driven testing tools or frameworks with the ability to apply
GenAI techniques to testing.
-Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
-Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
-BE/
-ISTQB or equivalent certification.
-Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins GitLab or Azure DevOps.
-Familiarity with cloud-based environments (AWS Azure).
-Experience with test data management and test environment support.
-Understanding of performance and security testing practices.
