Role Description Engagement Intern
The Engagement Intern actively supports the design execution and follow-up of initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement organizational culture and overall motivation. This role is key in promoting a positive inclusive and value-driven work environment.
Main responsibilities include:
Assisting in the planning and logistics of internal events (celebrations campaigns team-building activities etc.).
Supporting the execution of employee engagement and wellness surveys as well as basic data analysis.
Creating content for internal communications (emails screens internal social platforms).
Participating in brainstorming sessions and contributing ideas for new engagement initiatives.
Providing operational and administrative support to the team on daily tasks.
This role requires proactivity creativity strong communication skills and a positive attitude. Its a great opportunity for students in Psychology Communications Business Administration or related fields who are looking to gain hands-on experience in human resources and organizational culture.
Qualifications :
Our most successful candidates will have:
Currently pursuing a degree in Psychology Communications Business Administration Human Resources or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive enthusiastic and team-oriented attitude.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word).
