Job Description
Mechanical Engineering is seeking a reliable and motivated Part-Time Facilities Assistant to support the Director of Facilities in maintaining and organizing Mechanical Engineering facilities. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work is mechanically inclined and values teamwork. The role is especially focused on relocating Mechanical Engineering labs and equipment office moves and assisting with minor repairs and general maintenance tasks.
Required Qualifications
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs safely and regularly.
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Physically capable of performing manual tasks for extended periods.
Comfortable using hand tools and performing basic maintenance tasks.
Experience in a facilities or maintenance role is a plus but not required.
