Job Title: Administrative Assistant QA Department (Gaming Industry)

Job Description
A leading company in the global gaming and gambling sector is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join its QA Department in Haarlem NL. With over 35 years of industry expertise this organization offers a stable and international work environment hosting over 140 employees from nearly 50 nationalities at its Haarlem site. The workplace is easily accessible by car and public transport and is known for its collaborative and dynamic team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support for the QA Department including document management scheduling correspondence typing data entry and filing.
Record organize and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
Upload and maintain regulatory documents via official portals.
Prepare proofread and finalize departmental reports and documentation.
Monitor office equipment manage supplies inventory and support regular storage organization.
Perform quality control on processes and shipments including weekly UPS report coordination.
Arrange domestic and international travel and accommodations for staff.
Assist with planning and execution of internal events and team building activities.
Deliver ad hoc administrative support to ensure efficient daily operations.
Requirements:
Associate or Bachelor degree
At least 1 year of administrative experience in a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Outlook Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Skill working independently and handling confidential information.
Fluency in English required (Dutch is a plus).
Strong organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Willingness to work outside regular business hours if needed.
