The L&D team at PwC Poland is a group of creative experts. We create solutions programs and above all deliver value to our employees in various areas. We provide training certification coaching and support mentoring processes. Our mission is to build competencies that directly impact the creation of an organizational culture where everyone wants to work and grow together with the organization.

We are looking for:

Learning & Development Specialist

Your future role:

  • Coordinating the logistics of training and stationery and virtual workshops
  • Creating a training calendar contacting trainers analyzing feedback after training
  • Taking care of the internal certification process for FCU employees
  • Market analysis in terms of available training solutions cooperation with external suppliers processing contracts settling invoices
  • Preparing documentation for the market review and supplier tender Data analysis and creating the necessary lists comparisons and reports
  • Support in coordinating development and training programs supporting the process of building individual employee development paths
  • Conducting training for employees.

Apply if you have:

  • At least one year of experience in a similar position
  • Very good command of both English and Polish written and spoken
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel will be considered an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to self-organize and prioritize tasks effectively and ability to work with tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Openness to new challenges and a strong focus on teamwork and collaboration
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships and focus on sustainable cooperation.

  • Previous experience in training and development within an international company.
