The Impact You Will Have:
As a Learning and Development Consultant you will design develop and deliver impactful learning experiences that support onboarding continuous learning and annual compliance initiatives across the organization.
You will be part of the Organization Development and Enterprise Learning team collaborating cross-functionally with stakeholders at all levels to manage end-to-end learning projects and bring creativity and innovation to our learning solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
Program Management
- Lead and manage OD programs including but not limited to onboarding compliance training and continuous learning.
- Support organizational learning governance and capability-building initiatives.
- Oversee projects from concept to completion ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope deliverables and success metrics.
- Influence cross-functional teams to drive initiatives without direct authority.
Instructional Design & Video Production
- Design and develop engaging learner-centered content for Onboarding Inclusion and Belonging initiatives Talent Compliance and Continuous learning programs
- Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement the Annual Compliance Training program.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
- Produce high-quality and engaging video content.
- Leverage industry trends and best practices to impact design and delivery.
Facilitation
- Facilitate and produce engaging virtual hybrid and in-person learning sessions (including new associate onboarding continuous learning programs etc.)
- Continuously evaluate and improve our facilitation pool program.
Vendor Management
- Manage relationships with learning vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate vendor communications timelines and deliverables.
- Partner with learning vendors to develop and roll out learning solutions.
- Help evaluate vendor performance and provide feedback to ensure quality and accountability.
Technical
- Manage the Workday Learning Management System (LMS) including content loading managing content library assignment and user experience improvements.
- Utilize AI tools to develop learning resources and enhance program effectiveness.
- Analyze learning data to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all materials meet brand and formatting standards.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree in learning communication organization development HR or other related fields OR 4 years of equivalent in lieu of a degree.
- 3 years of professional experience related to Learning and Development Organizational Effectiveness/Development Change Management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Expertise in adult learning principles and video production.
- Experience creating eLearning video content and other learning experiences.
- Strong business acumen and commitment to continuous learning
- Proficiency in Email Open Microsoft Office applications Articulate 360 Vyond Adobe Premier Pro Camtasia or similar tools.
- Experience facilitating training in virtual hybrid and in-person formats.
- High school diploma (or equivalency) and legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Experience interacting with learning management systems such as Workday.
- Experience managing learning vendor relationships.

Compensation and Benefits
$67200.00 - $89100.00 - $111000.00 Annual
Pay is based on several factors which vary based on position including skills ability and knowledge the selected individual is bringing to the specific job.
