CORPORATE MARKETING DIRECTOR
Marketing with a purpose! This position is a Corporate Marketing Director for a multi-state mobility corporation currently operating 18 stores across the United States. The Corporate Marketing Director is a dynamic and visionary individual. They will be responsible for leading the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives across a diverse multi-store multi-market landscape. This role is responsible for driving brand growth enhancing customer engagement and aligning marketing strategies with business goals through five distinct pillars: digital marketing consumer direct marketing influencer marketing budgeting and reporting and field relations. This role will report to the Vice President of Business Development. This role will supervise Field Marketing Reps Brand Ambassadors and Marketing Managers.
SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES
- Digital Marketing
- Provide direct leadership and oversight to the Digital Marketing Manager ensuring alignment with strategic goals and day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the planning and execution of all digital campaigns including SEO/SEM email social media web and display advertising.
- Lead digital strategy to increase online visibility engagement and conversion across platforms.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Consumer Direct Marketing
- Develop and deploy targeting marketing campaigns focused on direct-to-consumer channels including email SMS loyalty programs and direct mail.
- Leverage customer data and insights to personalize experiences and maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with CRM and analytics teams to refine strategies and enhance customer life cycle performance.
- Develop and review all campaign budgets for success and adjustment regularly.
- Influencer Marketing
- Directly oversee a team of four Field Marketing Reps stationed across the field network to support local influencer initiatives and community engagement.
- Build and manage influencer programs and partnerships that align with brand values and reach key audiences.
- Lead negotiations contract management content direction and campaign measurement.
- Ensure consistent brand storytelling through strategic content collaboration with creators.
- Budgeting & Reporting
- Manage the overall marketing budget ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial targets.
- Oversee reporting processes to monitor KPIs campaign effectiveness and marketing ROI.
- Present actionable insights and recommendations for executive leadership.
- Field Relations
- Serve as the key liaison between corporate marketing and field operations across multiple stores and regions.
- Ensure local execution of national campaigns and brand consistency in all markets.
- Support field teams with localized strategies tools and communication for success.
EDUCATION EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING
- Minimum Bachelors Degree in Marketing Business or related field with transferable work experience.
- 3-5 years of Marketing experience in a retail franchise or multi-unit environment.
- Proven leadership and team development experience.
- Strong analytical creative and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment with cross-functional collaboration.
