Job Summary:
Xpos litigation team handles a broad litigation portfolio touching on consumer protection employment IP privacy securities franchise law marketing personal injury insurance coverage and general contract law. Were seeking an exceptional business-oriented junior attorney to work closely with the SVP of litigation and information management on an array of complex U.S. corporate disputes. This role will also administer internal processes including around document retention litigation holds and information management. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on litigation experience particularly in complex commercial disputes and risk mitigation.
Responsibilities:
Pay Range: $100000 - $160000
