Job Summary
How youll contribute
Reporting to the Head of Legal you will be part of the Legal Risk & Compliance team of Docplanner Italy providing assistance for MioDottore GIPO and TuoTempo digital products.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing B2B contracts and related negotiations
- Providing legal support to various business functions (Patient Care Finance Customer Success Marketing)
- Handling privacy and data protection matters
- Supporting complaint management and litigation processes
- Collaborating with global functions for local implementation of group initiatives
- Developing and delivering targeted training on relevant legal topics to colleagues
Qualifications :
We are looking for
- Law degree
- Mastery of civil and commercial law
- Experience in drafting and negotiating B2B commercial contracts
- Good knowledge of privacy regulations
- Good communication skills with functions other than legal
- Professional knowledge of English language
- 3-5 years of experience gained in qualified legal contexts in-house and/or at international law firms
Nice to have:
- Work experience in the software field with particular focus on software offered as SaaS and software that includes artificial intelligence functionality
- Experience in managing processes related to data subject rights in privacy (DSR) and in general in the management of incidents involving personal data
- Interest in the healthcare sector
