Job Summary:
As a Benefits Account Manager you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients and team members. Your responsibilities will include providing technical support to Producers analyzing client needs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Producers to analyze client needs coverage forms and quotations providing valuable technical support.
- Proven experience in managing group accounts specifically with employee populations ranging from 5 to 200 lives.
- Ability to oversee and support all aspects of group account management ensuring efficient service delivery compliance and client satisfaction.
- Schedule client meetings fostering strong relationships and understanding client requirements.
- Prepare presentations for new business and renewal accounts showcasing our value proposition effectively.
