The Stores Administration Product Line is responsible for ensuring functional resilient IT software in all ALDI SD stores worldwide and continuously improving IT performance
Your Job
What this role looks like.
- Assuming a role in an international agile and interdisciplinary team that is responsible for the worldwide storage of transactions in large databases
- Creating reports for selected target groups and supporting the integration of national reports
- Working hand in hand with the Product Owner to translate national requirements into specifications and user stories and pass them on to the product team
- Collaborating with the product team to identify areas for optimisation and ensure that team processes are efficient
- Advising the product team on the prioritisation of upcoming developments and taking ownership of the demand process
- Proactively considering possible causes for disruptions to reduce vulnerability of the solution
- Simultaneously ensuring the smooth functioning of the solutions through sustainable incident management
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
- Sound knowledge and experience related to databases (ideally practical experiencefrom working as a developer)
- As an interface between the business and IT you are familiar with both worlds and communicate equally well with developers and business colleagues alike
- Very good analytical and strategic skills; experience with requirement analysis
- Agile mindset and the ability to work in agile environments and product teams
- Target-group-oriented communication skills
- Very good English skills
