Job Description
Overview:
Join the USBU Delivery team at IQVIA to lead or support the implementation of the Detect platforman AI-driven pharmacovigilance automation solution. This role is ideal for a proactive tech-savvy project manager with a strong PV background and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead global PV project delivery ensuring compliance quality and efficiency.
- Act as the primary PV contact across the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (Product Engineering QA SMEs).
- Manage project planning budgeting risk and milestone tracking.
- Support UAT go-live audits and documentation efforts.
- Mentor teams and manage vendor relationships.
- Define and track KPIs for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors in Life Sciences Engineering or related field.
- 5 years in PV and/or project management (pharma healthcare SaaS preferred).
- Strong knowledge of PV workflows (e.g. AE handling MedDRA coding).
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and tools (JIRA Confluence Smartsheet).
- PMP Agile or Scrum certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
Skills:
- Excellent communication stakeholder management and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
- Interest in AI automation and NLP in PV.
- High integrity detail-oriented and execution-focused.
