As a key member of the EMEA HR Leadership Team the Director Organizational Effectiveness & Capability will lead the development and deployment of strategies that align organizational structure processes people and culture with long-term business goals. This role is pivotal in ensuring high returns on human capital investments by fostering a high-performing organization. The Director will drive organizational assessment design and health monitoring across the EMEA region while building capabilities in job design talent activation team effectiveness and change management.
This position partners closely with senior HR leaders and executives across the continent to deliver high-impact strategic initiatives that enhance organizational performance and transformation

Language Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus
Travel: Occasional business travel across the EMEA region may be required
