The Munich Marriott City West sets new benchmarks and standards in meetings & events. Who we are looking for

Youre a true host at heart and youve already taken your first steps in a leadership role. In the MClub our Executive Lounge for VIP guests you ensure smooth and personalized service from breakfast to also keep an eye on everything in Room Service coordinating orders thinking ahead and making sure the team delivers each tray to our guests just the way it should things get busy in other outlets youre quick to step in supporting your team with a calm presence and an eye for detail. You bring in fresh ideas set new trends and create moments that leave a lasting impression.

What are your responsibilities are...

  • You support the F&B management in overseeing all operational and administrative aspects of Room Service and the MClub.
  • You also assist other F&B departments when needed and take on special projects.
  • You never lose track of the bigger picture and know how to guide and lead your team effectively.
  • Together with your supervisors you bring creative and innovative F&B concepts to life always keeping the hotels overall goals brand standards and revenue targets in mind.
  • Youre responsible for onboarding new team members ensuring they feel welcomed and supported in a motivating work environment.
  • Youre a true team player working closely with all hotel departments and the leadership team.
  • Youre also co-responsible for the development of your team members and apprentices and you genuinely enjoy sharing your knowledge and helping others grow.
  • Social media isnt new territory for you and you regularly provide content ideas

What we want from you

  • Youve completed training in hospitality or tourism have at least 3 years of relevant professional experience and have already taken on your first responsibilities in team leadership.
  • You lead with a modern leadership style and know how to motivate and guide your team effectively.
  • Youre hands-on and bring a high level of creativity when it comes to setting new trends.
    Your strong sense of quality and high standards are evident in everything you do.
  • Youre a natural communicator with solid German and English skills.
    Youre well-organized and able to stay on top of things even when it gets busy.
  • Your confident approachable manner can-do attitude and hands-on mindset are just part of who you are.
  • Your guest-focused approach and dedication inspire your team to deliver their best every day.
  • And your enthusiasm for sharing knowledge with your team and trainees is truly contagious.
  • You hold a work permit for Germany/EU
