Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders to elicit analyse and document business requirements for CRM Data and other non-digital system projects.
- Quickly build rapport with your clients and teams by listening to them and guiding them.
- Facilitate and manage workshops of varying sizes in terms of the number of participants as well as a range of topics from training to requirements gathering.
- Identify and assess security risks and business impacts.
- Translate business needs into actionable security requirements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business administration computer science information technology or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working on non-digital projects such as CRM implementations data migration data governance or enterprise systems
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Agile tools and technologies such as JIRA Confluence or Trello.
- Certification in Agile methodologies such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) or IIBA Agile Analysis Certification is a plus.
