Permanent Full Time Hybrid role Flexible location: NSW QLD VIC

About the Role

As aPeople Partner you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders influencing workforce strategy leading key people initiatives and driving cultural alignment across your portfolio. You will lead and develop a team of People Advisors influencing workplace culture leadership capability and employee engagement across Aruma.

Your work will shape how we support our people to be their best so they in turn can deliver great outcomes for the people we support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with senior leaders to implement Arumas People Plan and drive strategic priorities.
  • Lead and coach a team of People professionals to deliver operational excellence.
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations workforce planning organisational change and performance management.
  • Influence and support leadership capability culture development and team effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with industrial instruments HR policies and legislative requirements.
  • Champion diversity equity inclusion and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders influencing workforce strategy leading key people initiatives and driving cultural alignment across your portfolio

About You

Youre a confident and collaborative HR leader who brings a combination of strategic thinking and operational know-how. Youre comfortable navigating complexity and influencing at all levels of the organisation.

To be successful you will have:

  • Degree qualifications in Human Resources Business or a related discipline or related experience
  • Minimum 7 years experience in generalist HR roles including senior advisory or partnering roles.
  • Demonstrated experience coaching senior leaders and managing ER/IR issues.
  • Strong understanding of contemporary people practices legislation and industrial instruments.
  • High-level communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to relationship building.
  • A values-aligned people-focused approach to leadership and problem solving.
