- Serve as the first point of contact for clients with warmth clarity and professionalism
- Coordinate updates and follow-ups on active jobs to keep clients informed and satisfied
- Check in regularly with referral partners (insurance agents property managers realtors) to maintain relationships and provide updates
- Assist with outreach efforts such as dropping off marketing materials attending events or scheduling service visits
- Help manage incoming calls schedule appointments and log key communication details
- Support the team with occasional field visits to ensure client experience remains consistent
- Extroverted and engaging with a natural ability to connect with others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable multitasking and juggling customer interactions
- Has a customer-first mindset and enjoys helping people
- Experience in customer service hospitality or community engagement is a plus
