We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team in Akron OH. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless client experience by managing relationships responding to inquiries and supporting our consulting team with administrative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of contact for client communication and support
Respond to client inquiries via email phone or in person in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate client records update databases and prepare documentation
Assist consultants with scheduling meetings preparing reports and managing project timelines
Monitor client satisfaction and escalate concerns when necessary
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client issues
Support onboarding of new clients and ensure service expectations are clearly defined
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field
1-2 years of experience in a client service administrative or support role
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
