The Graduate Studies team within the College of Business and Economics is enthusiastically seeking candidates to join our team as an MBA Programs Advisor and Admissions Manager to support our five distinct MBA programs with over 450 active students enrolled.
The primary role of this position is to manage the admissions process for our MBA programs and to advise students in the Online and Professional MBA Programs. This advisor provides individual support from admission to graduation. Successful candidates have a passion for business education and exceptional service.
This position is eligible for hybrid work and will be required to come into the office at least one day per week and as needed for events or in-person meetings.
Level Scope:
Recognized subject matter expert who knows how to apply theory and put it into practice with in-depth understanding of the professional field with limited oversight from managers. Independently performs the full range of responsibilities within the function; requires deep job knowledge of area typically obtained through higher education combined with experience. Manages large projects or processes and problems faced are difficult and often complex; analyzes problems/issues of diverse scope and determines solutions. May manage programs that include formulating strategies and administering policies processes and resources; functions with a high degree of autonomy. Influences others regarding policies practices and procedures.

Reporting to the Director of the Online and Professional MBA Programs this position will have the opportunity to make an impact in a variety of areas:

4.) Other Projects as Proposed / Assigned (10%)

MinimumQualifications:
Bachelors or Advanced Degree and 5 years of professional experience or equivalent relevant experience.

Salary and Benefits:
Salary range is $65000 to $68000 annually and is commensurate with State University provides a best-in-classbenefits package including (but not limited to):
