Job Title: Junior Fixed-Network Engineer - Graduate Program

Job Location: Rijswijk The Netherlands

Important: To be considered for this role applicants must be eligible to work and live in The Netherlands already which means having permanent work authorisation in The Netherlands.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support project delivery by taking ownership of solution design including both high-level and low-level designs ensuring the solution is competitive cost-effective and high-quality.
• Ensure all designs and solutions are fully aligned with customer requirements and standards.
• Engage in technical discussions with customers present Huaweis solutions demonstrate value and align on scope and design through workshops and clarifications.
• Support project rollout by preparing installation guidelines on-site handbooks and installation quality acceptance criteria.
• Provide on-site support to subcontractors during installation offering solution clarifications conducting quality audits and ensuring all activities comply with the approved designs and quality standards.

Requirements:

• BSc or MSc in Information and Communication Engineering or related field.
• Solid knowledge of IP networks IT and optical networks
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to effectively influence discussions with customers and subcontractors.
• Professional appearance and demeanor with a good understanding of social etiquette; poised culturally adaptable and able to navigate diverse environments with optimism tolerance and an open mindset.
