Job Description
Remote Loan Partner 2 (LP2 Colombia-Based
We re hiring a highly experienced Loan Partner 2 (LP2 to join our team in a fully remote capacity based in Colombia. This is not an entry-level administrative role we re looking for a licensed knowledgeable professional with deep experience in mortgage processing or underwriting who can take ownership of the loan process from initial borrower consultation through pre-approval and submission.
As a strategic and client-facing extension of the loan officer youll play a key role in ensuring a smooth structured and client-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead borrower consultations and gather/document relevant financial data

Analyze borrower qualifications across cash credit capacity and collateral
-
Strategically structure loan scenarios and identify appropriate loan programs
-
Issue pre-approvals and prepare complete files for submission to processing
-
Conduct weekly check-ins with pre-approved clients to support next steps

Oversee and support LP1 team members to ensure pipeline accuracy and task follow-through

Maintain thorough documentation and communication in CRM systems

Collaborate closely with loan officers to keep files moving efficiently and proactively
Requirements:
-
5 10 years of experience as a mortgage processor or underwriter

Must be licensed to work on U.S. loan files

Strong understanding of mortgage guidelines and loan structuring

Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency is highly preferred
-
Comfortable using tech platforms like CRMs List Reports MonitorBase etc.

Exceptionally organized detail-oriented and client-focused
-
Self-driven and capable of thriving in a remote work environment
