Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with business goals

Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or related field
- Masters degree or HR certification (e.g. SHRM-SCP SPHR) preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee development
- Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations
- Proficient in HR management software and MS Office Suite
- Experience in designing and implementing performance appraisal systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of leading HR projects successfully
