The HR Generalist I supports a wide range of cross-functional human resources activities including talent acquisition onboarding benefits administration compliance and employee engagement. This position works closely with employees managers outside vendors and consultants to implement HR policies programs and initiatives. The HR Generalist I operates under the supervision of the HR Manager but is expected to handle day-to-day HR functions with independence and discretion. As directed this position will also support other departments and managers to meet the immediate needs of the firm. This person will reflect and promote SESIs values of professionalism collaboration and integrity.

Education and/or Experience
Bachelors degree in Human resources Business Administration Psychology or a related field preferred.
Two years or more of experience in a related field.
Experience with HRIS systems benefits administration is preferred
Recruiting/talent acquisition or onboarding experience is strongly preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in MS Word Excel and PowerPoint
Certificates Licenses Registrations
Valid Drivers License and possess reliable transportation.

Work Environment
Due to the collaborative nature of this role it is important that this team members regular working schedule aligns with the companys and fall within 8AM-5:30PM. There may be times where tasks fall on nights/ weekends.

This position will work in a typical office environment mostly located indoor with windows. The office contains office equipment resulting in equipment noise. This position will be working in a shared office space with other colleagues and may experience frequent interruptions conversations or other background noise.
Compensation: $50000-$70000
