About the Role:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth build strategic partnerships and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B Saas sales relationship management and a passion for driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and growth targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to generate leads and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct client meetings presentations and negotiations to close deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine business strategies.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
- Prepare and present reports on business development activities and sales performance.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelors/Master s degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in Business Development Sales or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of B2B Saas sales.
- Excellent communication negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics.
