Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in local recruitment and be responsible for end-to-end hiring processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles including sourcing screening interviewing and onboarding candidates.
- Develop and execute effective hiring strategies to attract top talent in Hyderabad and across India.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through job portals networking and referrals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define job descriptions.
- Conduct initial interviews assess candidate suitability and coordinate with the hiring team.
- Manage recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS) efficiently.
- Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Stay updated on market trends salary benchmarks and best hiring practices.
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in recruitment preferably in local hiring for Indian operations.
- Strong knowledge of job portals LinkedIn recruiting and other sourcing methods.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance in India is a plus.
