Role - E-commerce Sales Executive (SME Division)
The primary responsibility of this role is to generate revenue from inbound leads and through outbound reach outs.
The role will also include assisting customers to place orders and address their various servicing queries.
Type - Full time
Location - Parel / Prabhadevi (Walking distance from station)
Qualifications & Experience -
- Bachelors degree in any field
- Min 2-3 years of selling online products (e-commerce) to small businesses / individuals
- Working experience in gifting / printing companies is a big plus.

Key Responsibilities -
1. Outbound calling to Customers to make them aware of products and upsell / cross sell to maximise customer revenue per customer.
2. Attending inbound queries and closing sales
3. Attending Customer Calls / emails to assist clients to place orders and respond to any of their queries related to products / timelines etc.
4. Getting estimates from estimation desk for custom inquiries and following up with clients for conversion.
5. Handle and resolve customer complaints.
6. Engage and build relations with customers to be able to convert and new business.
7. Manage all tasks via Zoho tickets.
8. Follow the desk processes and participate in ongoing sales and product trainings
