Role Overview
This role bridges strategic finance and operations acting as a key liaison between internal teams external advisors and government stakeholders. It provides meaningful exposure to areas such as long-term concession modeling capital markets IPO preparations and financial governance with strong career growth potential.
Partner with the CFO to support strategic decisions financial structures and stakeholder engagement.
Oversee financial planning for the cable car PPP project including financial modeling funding strategies and concession lifecycle management.
Collaborate with external consultants regulators and project partners to ensure alignment and compliance.
Drive the budgeting forecasting and long-term planning functions across the group.
Develop board and investor-ready financial reports presentations and dashboards.
Build comprehensive financial models for valuation scenario testing and performance tracking.
Contribute to IPO readiness efforts including due diligence data room oversight and investor documentation.
Enhance internal controls reporting accuracy and financial governance frameworks.
Participate in site visits regulatory discussions and cross-functional business reviews as required.
Bachelor s in Finance Accounting Economics or a relevant field.
7 8 years of relevant experience in finance corporate advisory or infrastructure project finance.
Preferred: Experience from Big 4 firms especially in audit deals or infrastructure advisory.
Strong skills in financial modeling analysis and project finance.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Adaptable analytical and comfortable working in high-pressure environments.
Willingness to travel for project-related assignments.
Preferred Attributes
Professional certifications such as CPA ACCA CFA or similar (or in progress).
Familiarity with PPP BOT or PFI concession models.
Prior involvement in IPO or capital market transactions.
Demonstrated leadership and cross-functional influence.
Experience in regulated or infrastructure-heavy industries.
Close collaboration with the Group CFO on high-level decisions.
Hands-on role in a nationally critical infrastructure project.
Involvement in IPO and capital market preparation.
