MKS is seeking a Senior Tax Analyst (or Senior International Tax Analyst) to join our corporate tax and treasury department and play an integral role on our team. The ideal candidate will be a person of sound experience in federal and US international tax including tax accounting and reporting. This position will be hybrid and based primarily in our headquarters in Andover MA (3 days) and will report to the Director US & Global Tax Planning and will assist with managing the day-to-day operations of U.S. international tax compliance and planning. The candidate will also be responsible for assisting with implementation of international tax strategies and tax research.
Also the Sr Tax Analyst will ensure company complies with worldwide statutory tax reporting specifications. Focus areas include transfer pricing and intercompany transactions with specific focus on US International outbound transactions. Help develop strategies to minimize corporate tax through use of tax laws and regulations. May be involved with tax implications of mergers and acquisitions. Compiles information for statutory reports as well as internal tax reporting. Ensure accurate and timely filing of tax returns as a part of the broader tax team.

This position is Hybrid and must be within commutable distance to our location in Andover MA. Relocation benefits are not available for this position.
