This is a remote position.

Requirements
- 5 years of experience in software development with strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Agentic Coding
- Proven experience building and deploying AI/ML-powered systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with large language models (LLMs) prompt engineering and tools like LangChain or similar frameworks.
- Experience working with agentic workflows and protocols such as MCP and A2A.
- Understanding of API design and integration with external services.
- Ability to write clean efficient and maintainable Python code.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills especially in remote settings.
- (Nice to have) Familiarity with modern DevOps tools and practices such as Docker GitHub Actions and CI/CD.
- Detailed oriented: Ensures that every aspect of the development is of high quality functional and aesthetically pleasing enhancing the usability and security of the final product.
- Based in Latin America (LATAM) to align with our team s time zone and collaboration needs.
- Proficient in conversational English (B2 to C1 level)
- Adaptable: You are quick to adjust to new challenges and changes in project requirements ensuring seamless transitions.
- Reliable Communicator: Your proactive and clear communication style ensures that all stakeholders are informed and engaged. Youre meticulous in your work always aiming to meet and exceed stakeholder expectations.
