Job Description
Now Hiring: Pre-Construction Real Estate Agents Thorold Ontario
We are seeking a full-time Sales Representative to join our high-performing team representing an established builder with active communities in Brantford and the Niagara Region.
This on-site role involves managing the full sales cycle from greeting prospective buyers to guiding them through the pre-construction purchase process. You ll work in a fast-paced collaborative environment with in-house marketing support and experienced leadership behind you.
What You ll Do
- Represent TFN Realty and our builder client at new home communities
- Assist purchasers in selecting and securing new homes
- Guide buyers through every step of the sales process from first contact to firm deal
- Stay informed on builder offerings pricing and procedures
- Attend on-site appointments events and presentations as needed
Requirements
- Active Ontario Real Estate Sales Representative License (required)
- Pre-construction or new home sales experience (preferred)
- Strong communication follow-up and client service skills
- Organized driven and able to work independently
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed
