Job Summary

Our client is growing and looking for a Superintendent to oversee field operations on civil site development and infrastructure projects. This role is ideal for someone who can manage crews equipment subcontractors production schedules and safety standards while keeping projects on time and within scope.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily onsite operations for excavation grading utilities concrete and sitework
Coordinate manpower equipment scheduling and subcontractor activities
Ensure compliance with OSHA company safety policies and project specifications
Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to maintain production goals
Conduct site meetings toolbox talks and progress reporting
Monitor quality control and resolve field issues quickly
Track materials equipment usage and project milestones
Communicate with leadership inspectors and site personnel

Qualifications

5 years of experience as a Superintendent Foreman or Field Leader in civil or heavy construction
Background in earthwork roadwork utilities grading or infrastructure projects
Strong leadership and crew management skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
Knowledge of scheduling equipment coordination and subcontractor oversight
Safety-oriented mindset; OSHA certifications a plus
Strong communication and problem-solving ability
