Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Scope:

Primary focus on AI agent development and automation (highest priority)
Secondary responsibilities include CRM management and marketing tasks (lower priority)
Comprehensive automation system development
Integration of multiple AI and automation platforms into cohesive workflows
Ongoing optimization and maintenance of automated processes
Support for community event management through automated systems

Responsibilities:

Build and develop AI agents using OpenAI technology
Create automation workflows using Make (Integromat) and Zapier platforms
Integrate AI agents with image generation AI tools
Set up automated lead nurturing and follow-up processes
Manage and optimize CRM operations within Klaviyo
Create social media content through automated systems
Develop marketing automation sequences
Handle copywriting tasks for various marketing materials

Requirements:

Proven experience in AI agent development and implementation
Proficiency with OpenAI APIs and integration
Strong knowledge of automation platforms (Make Zapier)
Experience with CRM systems particularly Klaviyo
Understanding of image generation AI tools and their integration
Background in marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows
Copywriting and content creation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple automation projects
