The role and key responsibilities
This role is intended to address the growing number of tasks within Group Health & Safety that demand a solid understanding of IT processes and requirements as well as specialized IT skills and expertise.
You would be responsible for the implementation maintenance and continuous improvement of IT systems and tools that support health and safety processes across the organization. Included in this role is also to facilitate collaboration and communication between Group H&S BAs IT and other departments ensuring that digital tools effectively support compliance reporting risk management and incident tracking. You would also lead and facilitate process teams workstreams and core teams to drive and support implementation efforts enable business transformation and enhance system utilization and user experience.

This position is based in one of NCCs main offices in the Nordics and requires regular travel. However we encourage flexible working and digital collaboration whenever possible. As part of NCCs safety culture background checks will be conducted for final candidates.
