Job Description
Handle Strategic vendors & act as the main contact person for our top vendors
Identify and attack problem areas and build a strong loyalty between foodpanda and Restos owner
Strategic planning to improve on vendors performance
Coordinate with vendors to get monthly deals promotions and creative campaigns with key vendors
Collaborate with different departments to improve vendor performance and solve problems
Contact vendor with high fail rates to learn the root cause and find out the reasons to see where we can assist vendors in reducing the fail rates
Build and Maintain strong relationships with vendors
Renegotiate commission/exclusivity with Vendors to support the revenue stream
Provide operational and administrative support for the business
